Former LSU Star Christian LaCouture Cut By Baltimore Ravens

He will likely get another chance, if he wants it, but as for right now, former LSU Star Christian LaCouture's NFL dreams are cooling off.

His NFL dream took a hit during this year's NFL Draft, when LaCouture went undrafted, but then he landed an undrafted free agent deal with the Baltimore Ravens. However the Defensive End position was one of the deepest in camp for the Ravens. It was definitely an uphill battle for LaCourture.

That battle ended today, at least for now, when LaCourture was cut from the Ravens squad. The team needs to get their roster down to 53 players this weekend, which is what led to the release of LaCourture.

It is possible for that LcCourture could reconnect with the Ravens on their Practice Squad, or he could attempt to find another team to catch on with. There are also possibilities in the CFL, or perhaps he may not have football in his future plans at all...now we just have to wait and see.
