An investigation into multiple armed robberies over the past few months leads to the arrests of five Bossier City teenagers. Detectives with the Bossier City Police Department's Violent Crimes Unit arrested the first two -- 18-year-old Martin Kemp, Jr., and a 16-year-old, on September 25th -- just a few hours after two separate armed robberies and two attempted armed robberies took place in the areas of Edwards and East Third Streets and in the 500 block of Coleman Street. Detectives arrested the three other suspects in the course of their investigation over the past ten days. They are 17-year-old Xavier Holloway, another 16-year-old male and a 15-year-old male. All are charged with the September 25th incidents and other recent robberies of individuals that occurred from July through September, primarily in the Old Bossier neighborhood.
