Expensive Guitar Stolen from Shreveport Music Company

Police are looking for the thief who snatched an expensive Taylor electric guitar from Shreveport Music Company last Friday. Detectives say the man walked in just after 11:30AM and began looking at the $2,200 guitar. He wandered around the store for some time carrying the instrument before he suddenly ran from the business, guitar in hand.

The suspect was described as a black male, 5'10'' to 6' with a muscular build. He was last seen wearing a long-sleeved light colored shirt, dark shorts, and tennis shoes.

The guitar is a solid-body, double cutaway, blue steel in color, with a white pick guard. If you know anything about the thief or the whereabouts of the guitar, call Shreveport Detectives or Crime Stoppers.
