Eldorado Achieves Four Diamond Rating

It's something very few hotels ever achieve, but Shreveport's Eldorado Resort Casino has just done it.  The American Automobile Association (AAA) has given the Eldorado a Four Diamond rating -- making it the only Four Diamond Property in Shreveport/Bossier.  The rating is the result of a detailed inspection process.  Eldorado's Director of Hotel Operations, Rich Lamperti, says that process reviewed twelve critical service areas and measured over 300 guest interaction points."
