CPSO Searching For Man Wanted In Juvenile Rape Case

The Caddo Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in locating Donovon Eugene Phillips, who's wanted for sexually assaulting a juvenile, according to Sheriff Steve Prator.

Phillips is named in a felony warrant for first-degree rape. He is accused of assaulting a juvenile under the age of 13.

Phillips, 42, is a white male with light brown hair and hazel eyes. He is 5'8 and 170 pounds. His last known address is the 7100 block of Brownstone Road in Greenwood.
