CPSO Charge Man With Felony Carnal Knowledge Of A Juvenile

"A 42-year-old Morgan City man was arrested by Caddo detectives this past week for improper sexual behavior with a 15-year-old girl", said Sheriff Steve Prator.

Roderick Voisin was charged on January 6 with the crimes of two counts of felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile for acts committed on two separate occasions in Caddo Parish. Voisin was investigated by Caddo Sheriff’s Department Detective, Christopher Ardoin and the Bossier Parish Sheriff’s Office, which provided crucial information in the case.

Voisin was already in custody at the Caddo Correctional Center on charges unrelated to the improper sexual behavior at the time of his arrest. His bond for each of the carnal knowledge charges is $100,000.
