Could Two Rival High Schools Be Merging Soon?

The Caddo Parish School Board is considering merging Fair Park High School with Booker T High School to save money. As part of the plan, Fair Park would be converted into a Middle School. Opponents of the plan say that this could lead to chaos, as the two schools have a history of violence towards each other.
