All charges against Former Shreveport Fire Chief Craig Mulford have been dropped. Mulford was charged with 5 counts of malfeasance in office for allegedly violating administrative policies while handling complaints about several firefighters at fire station 8.

Wednesday morning in Caddo District Court, Judge John Mosley Jr. granted a defense motion to dismiss the charges.

This morning, Mulford's attorney Paul Carmouche called in to discuss the case and why he thinks the judge dropped the charges and why the DA's office didn't challenge the ruling.
