California Man Charged with Contractor Misapplication in Caddo Parish.

A California contractor has been arrested in Caddo Parish. The Caddo Sheriff's Office says 48-year-old Steven Ross of Pasadena turned himself in to authorities at Caddo Correctional Center after a detective got a warrant for his arrest. Ross is accused of taking money for work on a residence that was being remodeled, but not paying the sub-contractors who did the work or the companies that provided materials. He was booked on a charge of contractor misapplication. The investigation is ongoing.
