Caddo Sheriff’s Tax Sale Is Coming Up Next Month – Have You Paid Your Property Taxes Yet?

The Caddo Sheriff's Office advises property owners to pay their taxes before close of business on May 13th, or risk having their property included in an upcoming tax sale.

The Sheriff's online tax sale is set for May 14th through 16th. About 3,000 properties -- land, commercial and residential -- will be listed for sale if taxes aren't paid before then.

Property owners can check the Caddo Sheriff's website if they're unsure whether their properties will be for sale. Just click on the "Sheriff's/Tax Sales" button, then the "CivicSource auction" link. Click "register" on CivicSource to sign up as a buyer.

During the sale, computers will be available at the Caddo Parish Courthouse for the public to register and participate in the bidding process. Online information you can find: a list of properties, a plotted map, satellite images of the properties, amount of delinquent taxes owed, and answers to general questions about the tax sale process.
