Caddo Coroner Releases Name of Young Man Killed in a Car Accident

Yesterday, First Responders arrived on the scene of a tragic accident on state Highway 3132.

After an investigation, it was determined that his westbound truck left the road near West 70th Street just after 4:20 a.m. His vehicle flipped several times and struck a tree. The decedent was ejected and was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The Caddo Parish Coroner has named the man who was tragically killed in the accident as 25 year-old Xavier Dewayne Green.

From the Caddo Coroner:

"The incident remains under investigation by the Shreveport Police Department, to which further inquiries should be directed.

Toxicology tests were ordered."
