Caddo Correctional Center Bookings August 3rd-9th

All booking photos are back!

Thirty-nine people ended up behind bars last weekend/this work-week for various crimes. Crime in Caddo Parish has been a serious problem for a long time, and the Caddo Correctional center has been filling up.

Several of those pictured have been put behind bars for crimes of a sexual nature. Of those, 2 were locked up for failing to register as a sex offender.

Also, many were arrested for violent crimes ranging from domestic violence to attempted murder. One of those booked had over 10 counts of attempted murder!

There were also several booked for violating the terms of their probations or parole.

Car thefts seem to be on the rise, as there are many booked in to CCC for theft of a motor vehicle. Two men were arrested on 3 counts of car theft.

Possession of stolen firearms and drug possession are all over this week's list, with well over 10 offenders behind bars for those crimes.

The law on booking photos has changed from only releasing violent and/or sexual offenders photos, back to showing all those arrested and booked. Governor Jeff Landry signed the new bill in to law in August 2024.

Some of those pictured have yet to go to trial over their suspected crimes, and are awaiting their chance to do so.

The following booking photos are those who were booked in to the Caddo Correctional Center this week. All those pictured are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
