It is official Bill O'Reilly is out at Fox News. The O'Reilly Factor host was fired from his job this morning. In recent weeks, O'Reilly had come under fire for multiple sexual-harassment complaints. Those complaints were settled out of court by Bill O'Reilly and the Fox News parent company, 21st Century Fox.

21st Century Fox released the following statement this afternoon in response to the firing.

"After a thorough and careful review of the allegations, the Company and Bill O’Reilly have agreed that Bill O’Reilly will not be returning to the Fox News Channel.”

The settlement did not stop advertisers from cutting ties with the show and from protesters calling for his termination outside of the Fox News headquarters.

Bill signed off on his popular show by telling viewers he was going on vacation.  You can see that below. The question remains, who will take over O'Reilly's time slot? It appears that decision has been made, and Tucker Carlson will replace O'Reilly.
