Bossier City Police have confirmed a child was shot on Tuesday November 28th, in the city's Central Park neighborhood.

Witnesses believed the boy had been shot in the chest and leg, but during the investigation, police found different injuries. Officers found the boy had been shot multiple times in the arm, and was suffering from non-life threatening injuries.

While Bossier City Police are still investigating the shooting, KTBS-TV reports that witnesses told them they believed the shooter was inside a home on the corner of Pine Street and Many Street.

Investigators say that at the time of this writing, no suspects have been arrested, but it sounds like there is a "person of interest" in the investigation.
