Bossier Parish Vape and Cannabis Shops Cited for Underage Sales

On August 5th, Bossier Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Agents cited 2 store clerks in Bossier Parish for selling vapes containing nicotine to persons under the age of 21.

Eighteen other stores checked did not sell vapes containing nicotine to underage buyers.

Clerks at the following stores were cited for not complying with the law by selling vapes containing nicotine to persons under the age of 21:

These eighteen stores complied with the law and did not sell vapes containing nicotine to an underage buyer:
