A Bossier Parish waste disposal company has closed its doors. KSLA reports J&J Disposal Service's troubles began last month. Company owner Rhonda Johnston said the company had several trucks break down, got behind because of the holidays, and several drivers quit.

According to reports, several displeased customers claim that J&J have not disposed of their trash since Christmas.

The Bossier Parish Police Jury confronted the company about being behind on pick ups. The company responded by announcing they shut down.

The Better Business Bureau advise anyone who cannot get in touch with them for a refund, to file a complaint about them.

If you now need a new waste collection service, you can find a list here.
