Security footage shows an unknown black male and black female purchasing a large amount of money in Visa prepaid gift cards. The male suspect was wearing blue jeans, blue t-shirt, white, red, and blue hat, and had glasses. The female was wearing blue jeans, filp-flops, white sleeveless shirt, and a blue hat.
