Bossier City Murder-Suicide: Bossier Sheriff’s Spokesman Talks About Allan Haltom’s Violent Past [AUDIO]

While talking with Bossier City Spokesman Mark Natale about yesterday's apparent murder-suicide, he mentioned that Allan Haltom -- who reportedly shot and killed his wife, then himself -- had been arrested by the Bossier Sheriff's Office recently.  I followed up with a call to Sheriff's Spokesman Bill Davis, who filled me in on Haltom's violent past:
