Bossier City Makers Fair Returns With Local Artists And Fun

Well, you can find that vibe this weekend in Bossier City. The massive Bossier City Makers Fair is coming back to the Louisiana Boardwalk tomorrow, Saturday, October 11th. For eight years, this has been the biggest gathering of handmade sellers in the Ark-La-Tex, and it’s the perfect chance to support local artists.

What Event Is Happening At The Louisiana Boardwalk

Get ready for a full day in Bossier. This event is taking over the entire Boardwalk, from 11AM to 6PM, with a truly incredible setup. We're talking about more than 150 local makers and artists, selling their unique goods and treats all day. It’s the best place to find something you just can't get anywhere else.

And it’s way more than just shopping. Come hungry, because there will be a dozen food trucks, and other food options to choose from. They’ll also have live music, face painting, and a ton of other activities for the kids, so bring the whole family.

Its actually a great setting too. Parking garage right there, vendors set up under the bridge, views of the river, open air. All the things people used to enjoy with an active Louisiana Boardwalk will come alive again with all of these vendors lining the sidewalks.
