The owner of a cheerleading instructional business has been arrested by Bossier City police on felony theft charges. 31-year-old Felicia Porter of Bossier City is accused of accepting thousands of dollars from parents to purchase uniforms and equipment -- and then keeping the money for herself. Bossier police say they've received dozens of complaints from parents whose children were taking classes from Super Stars Cheerleading, Dance, and Tumbling. And they're asking anybody else who might have had a similar experience to contact the Bossier Police Department's White Collar Crimes Unit. Porter currently faces four counts of felony theft involving approximately $3,400.
