An early-morning wreck had things tied up on I-20 West at Dixie Inn for much of the morning.  Troop G Spokesman Cordell Williams says the driver of an 18-wheeler lost control of his rig and it overturned, spilling his load of rubber products all over the westbound lanes.  As a result, motorists had to exit westbound I-20 before Dixie Inn keep from getting stuck in traffic there.  Williams says state troopers were assisted by the Webster Parish Sheriff's Office and the Minden Police Department to get the road back open.   He thanks the public for being so patient during the busy morning drive.  Meantime, the rig's driver -- who wasn't injured in the crash --  is facing possible charges...but Williams says impairment and fatigue don't appear to be factors.
