One Arrested, One Wanted in Shreveport Retail Theft

Shreveport Police Department has made an arrest and issued a warrant for another individual in connection with a retail theft that occurred at DSW Shoes, located at 7463 Youree Drive. On November 3, 2024, SPD officers responded to a call regarding two women who entered the store, stole approximately 17 boxes of women’s UGG boots, each valued at $199, and fled without paying.

Thanks to a vigilant customer who provided officers with a clear view of the license plate, detectives were able to identify the suspects with support from Love Shreveport Bossier.

Earlier today, SPD Property Crimes detectives executed an arrest warrant for 37-year-old Kamique Pineset. During a search of her residence, detectives recovered several of the stolen items. Pineset is now in custody facing charges for Organized Retail Theft.

The second suspect, Rashawnita D. Rogers, has also been identified and is currently wanted on one count of Organized Retail Theft. Anyone with information on her whereabouts is urged to contact the Shreveport Police Department.
