
Four Arrested Following Shreveport Burglary Investigation
Shreveport Police Property Crimes detectives began investigating a burglary that occurred on October 26, 2024, in the 1800 block of Willie Mays Street. During the investigation, officers were able to identify suspects connected to the burglary.
On January 24, 2025, Shreveport Police Units executed a search warrant as part of the investigation to recover stolen firearms from the burglary. While the primary suspect was not present, officers arrested four individuals for unrelated offenses:
· Latoya Sharp and La’Darrell Jefferson were arrested for drug-related charges.
· Auquillus Wooley and Ireion Sharp were arrested for drug charges and possession of a firearm while in possession of CDS (controlled dangerous substances).
· Additionally, Ireion Sharp was charged with illegal possession of a stolen firearm.
Four firearms were seized during the search, including one that was confirmed as stolen in the October burglary.
