Authorities need your help in identifying and apprehending two suspects who robbed a west Shreveport convenience store last night.

At approximately 9:40 p.m. on July 12, 2011, Shreveport Police patrol officers responded to a reported armed robbery at the Quick Stop in the 3000 block of Greenwood Road.  Upon arrival there, patrolmen learned that as employees were closing for the night and walking out of the business, they were approached by two male suspects, one of whom was reportedly armed with a handgun.  The men demanded money and the employees in turn gave them the store’s night deposit. The suspects subsequently fled the scene of the crime on foot.  No one was injured during the commission of this crime.  

The bandits are described as black males, one approximately five feet six inches tall wearing a red ski mask and the other about five feet nine inches tall wearing a black ski mask.  Both men are said to have a slim build. Detectives are working at this time to recover video evidence from the business.
