Almost Time For the Springhill Rodeo

Big goings-on...coming up -- with the Springhill Championship Rodeo, June 9th through 11th in downtown Springhill! The Rodeo Parade is Thursday evening at 5, and this year's Grand Marshall is Dilton Emerson of Emerson Horseshoe Supply Company in Bossier City. Other events begin at 7 each night, and the rodeo starts at 8. Another popular feature is the Piggly Wiggly Steak Cook-Off, going on Saturday. Admission cost is $10 for adults and $5 for kids under age 12.
