Airport Authority to Meet with Contractors

The Shreveport Airport Authority is reaching out to contractors throughout the area by way of two meetings scheduled for tomorrow. The first, at ten a-m, is for all current and former contractors. The other, at 1:30 tomorrow afternoon, is for prospective airport contractors. Up for discussion -- such topics as doing business with the airport, awarding of airport projects, complying with federal DBE guidelines, and identifying potential projects. Both meetings will be held in the third-floor conference room at Shreveport Regional Airport.
