After 20 Years, Penny Madanat Remains Missing

Twenty years later, a missing person case remains unsolved...but her family has not given up hope. Penny was 23 years old when she disappeared. She was last seen leaving Cowboy's nightclub (now Rockin' Rodeo) on Gould Drive. At the time, she was 5'7" tall and 128 pounds with auburn hair and blue eyes, and she wore braces on her teeth. She has a birthmark on her left arm and a small mole above her lip on the right side. Police suspect her disappearance may have been the result of foul play, but there are, even now, still many unanswered questions surrounding her case. Her photo is now featured on several Bossier Crime Stoppers digital billboards around Bossier City. Bossier police are asking anyone who has spoken with them in the past about Penny or her whereabouts to call them.
