A TV Show Called ‘Shreveport Justice’ Could Be 50 Cent’s First Project in Town

Many Have Asked When Will Filming by 50 Cent Begin?

That is a question asked by many who have been watching the negotiations between the city and Curtis 50 Cent Jackson. He is leasing Millennium Studios and Stage Works as part of his plan to bring TV and movie productions to town.

Temple Williams, a spokesman for G-Unit says the Stage Works building could be used for entertainment programming that might involve "a live before a studio audience type of show and that's a show that we currently have in development." Williams says he had a meeting about this project earlier this week with an executive producer.

When Could Filming Start?

Williams says "I can't give you a fixed timeline because it is a creative process that we have to go through." But he says "I believe we could see something as early as quarter 4 of this year or quarter 1 of next year." He says that is the best estimate he can give right now.

Councilman Grayson Boucher asked Williams about Jackson's deal with Fox Nation that includes some sort of reality show. Williams says that is a real possibility.

What Reality Show Could 50 Cent Be Bringing to Shreveport?

Williams says "we are in development on a show called 'Shreveport Justice'. He says this will include a deal with the Caddo Sheriff along with Shreveport Police and the teams that patrol the local waterways. He says that's a show that's actually in development now. He says the creative process is being done for this project now.

Williams does acknowledge that more flood mitigation work needs to be done before the G-Unit team can use the Millennium Studios property for productions.
