1,400 Volunteers Ready To “Paint Your Heart Out” This Saturday In Shreveport

Some 1,400 volunteers will spread out Saturday to give the City a face-lift of sorts by painting homes all over town that have qualified for the ``Paint Your Heart Out’’ program. 

This is the 19^th year for the event, which has become a signature happening for the City’s volunteerism efforts. The teams will start painting the 29 registered homes at 8 a.m.  Their day ends at 4 p.m.
