[UPDATE] Authorities have identified 23-year-old Courtney Kenny as the young woman who died after the ATV she was riding on flipped.

Kenny was a passenger on a Polaris Ranger driven by Nicole Arbour, 22, of Mandeville.

Kenny, Arbour and a third woman, 22-year-old Lauren Pigeon, were riding in the Polaris on a dirt road in an open field. They were attending a gathering in the 4600 block of Dixie-Shreveport Road. Arbour lost control of the vehicle and it flipped.

Kenny was transported to Willis-Knighton Bossier where she was pronounced dead. Arbour and Pigeon were treated at University Health.

None of the women were wearing seatbelts or helmets.

Deputies believe alcohol may have played a part in a fatal ATV crash in north Caddo Parish.
