Writer’s Workshop

Looking to hone your writing skills? Bossier Parish Community College has a program for you! The North Louisiana Storytellers and Authors of Romance and BPCC's Liberal Arts Division are hosting a summer writers workshop. It's going on next Saturday, June 11th, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. at Building F on the BPCC campus. The workshop will provide interested community members and beginning/intermediate writers the opportunity to get quality instruction and information from industry professionals. The day-long event features author/editor Debra Dixon and her GMC - Goal, Motivation, and Conflict for Writers. It also includes nine other workshops covering topics like screenwriting and developing specific genres. Registration is $25 before June 11th...or $30 that day. Lunch will be provided.
