Woman Sues Family of Teen She Hit and Killed (Video)

Unbelievable as it may seem, the family of a teenage bicyclist who died after being hit from behind by an SUV is now being sued for more than $1 million by the woman who was behind the wheel.

Sharlene Simon claims in court papers the accident caused her “great pain and suffering” and accuses her victim Brandon Majewski 17, of negligence, calling him, in court documents,  ”an incompetent bicyclist.”

“It’s a tragedy what happened, but it’s also a tragedy that’s happened to her,” said Simon’s lawyer. “I understand their grief and I understand what they must be going through is awful, but my client is also living with this nightmare every day.”
