A Bossier City woman faces charges in Shreveport for filing a false police report.  This all goes back to the night of February 11th, when 38-year-old Donna Black called Shreveport police and said that a man with a knife had cut her hand and stolen some cash from her in the 11-hundred block of Shreveport-Barksdale Highway -- right after the Krewe of Centaur parade. Police took the report and started an investigation, which led detectives to determine that Black had not been truthful with the responding officers. So they obtained an arrest warrant. She's now been booked into the Shreveport City Jail on one count of filing a false public record.
