Another stabbing in Shreveport. This one happened at around 10 last night in the 400 block of Abilene Street.

Police say 42-year-old Tamika Washington stabbed 51-year-old Bernard Wright during an argument. She's told officers that he physically assaulted her, which led to the stabbing. But Violent Crimes Detectives say she showed no signs of injury. Wright is listed in fair condition at LSU Health Shreveport. She's been charged with attempted second-degree murder.

This comes in the same week as two other stabbings, one in Shreveport and another in Bossier. In Shreveport, 56-year-old Robert Williams was stabbed to death at an apartment complex in the 9000 block of Mansfield Road. His girlfriend, 39-year-old Betty Terrell, was charged with second-degree murder in Williams' death.

And in Bossier City, 28-year-old Julio Cesa was charged with aggravated second-degree battery for allegedly stabbing his brother with a roofing knife during an argument between the two. His 39-year-old brother, Marvin Mendez, is recovering from a stab wound to the abdomen.
