Woman Arrested for Allegedly Shooting Boyfriend

A woman accused of shooting her boyfriend earlier this month is now in custody. Detectives got a tip about where they might be able to find 28-year-old Abeni Craig and it panned out. She was taken into custody and booked into the Shreveport City Jail on an outstanding arrest warrant charging her with one count of attempted second-degree murder and one count of being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm. She's accused of shooting 21-year-old Kelvin Wright in the arm back on July 13th outside the home they shared in the 1700 block of Alma Street.
