Authorities in East Texas say the wife of the Justice of the Peace being investigated for the slayings of the Kaufman County district attorney, his wife, and his prosecutor has been arrested.

Kaufman County Sheriff's spokesman Lieutenant Justin Lewis says Kim Lene Williams, wife of Eric Williams, admitted to investigators that she was involved in the shootings of Kaufman County District Attorney Mike McLelland, his wife, Cynthia, and one of his prosecutors, Mark Hasse.

The investigation has also been centered on the former Justice of the Peace, Eric Williams, whom the district attorney and prosecutor convicted for theft.

Kim Williams was charged with capital murder for retaliation of a judge or justice and is being held on $10,000,000 bond.

The former justice is charged for making a terroristic threat and is being held on $3,000,000 bond.  He is also a suspect in the murder case, according to KDFW-TV.
