Weather Issues for Our Area

The National Weather Service has issued a severe thunderstorm warning for Bossier and Caddo Parishes, and Panola County, Texas.  That's supposed to be in effect until 11 this morning.

The storms have caused numerous problems throughout the area.  There are trees and tree limbs down, and almost 11,000 SWEPCO customers in Shreveport-Bossier are without power.  There are also more than 3,100  in Texas and close to 1,700 out in Arkansas. Stay with Newsradio 710 KEEL for the latest.  We'll be geting regular updates from AccuWeather.com meteorologist Maggie Johnson.
