The National Weather Service office in Shreveport says a flood warning remains in effect for Bayou Dorcheat near Springhill.At 700 this morning, the stage there was 10.9 feet. The flood stage is 11 feet and the bayou is expected to rise above that point by late this afternoon. The National Weather Service says the level will keep going up to about 12 feet by early Saturday afternoon. On the Red River in Shreveport, the flood stage is 30-feet. The Red is rising, but it's not expected to get anywhere near that high -- cresting at a little over 18-feet Sunday and Monday. Caddo Lake is expected to crest at 169 feet tomorrow. That's still three feet below flood stage.
