Warrant Issued for Man Wanted in Shreveport Shooting

A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a Shreveport man.  

30-year-old Lucas Taylor is wanted for a shooting that happened in the 300 block of West 77th Street back on May 20th.  23-year-old Brian James was wounded in the thigh and taken to LSU Health-Shreveport for treatment.

Detectives investigating the shooting were able to gather information that linked Taylor to the crime.  They've since obtained an arrest warrant charging him with illegal use of a weapon and setting his bond at $250,000.
