Warrant Issued for Armed Robbery Suspect

Shreveport police are looking for a man accused of participating in a robbery earlier this week and then fleeing from police. Robbery detectives have an arrest warrant charging 31-year-old Leroy Buckner with one count of armed robbery. He's wanted for participating in the armed robbery of the Circle K in the 2100 block of West Bert Kouns this past Tuesday. His alleged accomplice -- 22-year-old Earlie Johnson -- was arrested shortly after the robbery. Officers have recovered all of the money taken in the robbery -- and the two cartons of cigarettes -- and have also seized a BB gun they believe was used to commit the crime.
