As they continue their campaigns in the Louisiana Governor's race, David Vitter and John Bel Edwards will make stops here in Shreveport this weekend.

Vitter is hosting rallies tomorrow in Lafayette and Shreveport. The local rally starts at 11 a.m. at Wyndham Garden, 1419 E. 70th Street. Participants include U.S. Congressman John Fleming, Representatives Alan Seabaugh and Mike Johnson, Bossier Parish Sheriff Julian Whittington, Crimefighters of Louisiana President Irv Magri and Rev. C.L. Bryant.

The Lafayette rally begins at 3 p.m. at Pamplona, 631 Johnson Street. Mayor Joey Durel, Senator Elbert Guillory, Representatives Nancy Landry, Blake Miguez, Bob Hensgens and Representative-elect Phillip Devillier, Councilman Don Bertrand, City Marshall Brian Pope, BESE Member Holly Boffy, Crimefighters of Louisiana President Irv Magri, and School Board Members Jeremy Hidalgo, Justin Centanni and Erik Kenezek will all be part of that event.

Tomorrow, Edwards will attend an Early Vote Rally at 601 Texas Street in Shreveport, followed by a 'March to Vote' at a nearby polling location.

Sunday, Edwards will attend church services in New Orleans.
