Vitter and Others to Introduce Keystone XL Legislation

Louisiana US Senator David Vitter and two of his fellow Senators say they plan to introduce legislation to approve the Keystone XL pipeline under Congress's authority in the Commerce Clause of the US Constitution. And he says they already have forty-four co-sponsors. Vitter says their bill is similar to a previous one but this one makes it clear that Congress has the authority to push the project forward.
