Video Released of Man Returning Stolen Goods to Mall St. Vincent
February 12, 2013 4:40 AM Police need help identifying the man seen in this video. He allegedly robbed a woman at gunpoint at Mall St. Vincent back in November, then returned to the store for a refund on the goods he stole from her. His face is a little fuzzy in the video, but if you happen to recognize the guy, call Shreveport police detectives or Shreveport-Caddo Crime Stoppers.
