Veterans Job Fair Planned

The Bossier Chamber of Commerce and City of Bossier City will be teaming up with Goodwill Industries of North Louisiana to hold a Veterans Job and Resource Fair. It will be open to military veterans, dependents, spouses, and government civilians. According to the Bossier Chamber, our community is home to roughly 57-thousand service members, retirees, government civilians, and their dependents. Tax credits and other incentives are available to those who hire veterans and there are a lot of veterans -- and their spouses -- who are looking for work. If you're an employers, you can register to participate in the fair by contacting the Bossier Chamber of Commerce. Applicants should register with the Goodwill Job Center. The Job and Resource Fair is planned for March 13th.
