Wade Lohse, a fugitive wanted in Lafayette, La. for walking out of his vehicular manslaughter trial last month, was located and taken into custody on Tuesday afternoon.

"At 1:10 p.m. Central Time, Lohse was arrested without incident…by the U.S. Marshal's in Philadelphia," said Deputy U.S. Marshal Corey Britt.

Last week, Lohse uploaded an 11-minute video to YouTube in which he professed his innocence and claimed Louisiana prosecutors were falsely charging him. Authorities have claimed that Lohse was impaired following a 2012 crash that killed 29-year-old Cacie Barras.
