UPDATE: Man Arrested for Stealing BBQ Grill

Bossier City police have a Vivian man in custody who's accused of stealing the trailer-mounted BBQ grill from VFW Post #4588. An investigation by the Property Crimes Unit found that 42-year-old Craig Vaughan took the grill January 8th and gave it to a man he knew in Vivan as collateral in exchange for a $375 loan. The man didn't know the grill was stolen, and contacted authorities after seeing a photo of the grill in a news report about the case. The grill was recovered by the Caddo Parish Sheriff's Office. Bossier City police arrested Vaughan at his home and charged him with one count of unauthorized use of a moveable.
