Undercover Operation in Shreveport Leads to Arrests

On September 24 and 25, 2014, the Louisiana State Police Special Victims Unit, in cooperation with other agencies, conducted an undercover operation targeting prostitution, human trafficking, and child exploitation in Shreveport.
During the operation, agents arrested eight prostitutes, one pimp, and two child predators. The child predator investigations were a result of the suspects arriving at a location for the purpose of having sex with a 13-year old-juvenile. The suspect information is as follows:

1. Alexandria Owens, 23-years-old B/F - Prostitution

2. Tannashia Seals, 31-years-old B/F - Prostitution

3. Quad Hodge, 27-years-old B/M - Human Trafficking, Outstanding Warrant Caddo Parish – Possession of Marijuana

4. Tierra Snow, 21-years-old B/F -Prostitution

5. Kainshash Holden, 22-years-old B/F -Prostitution

6. Jeremiah Deleon, 30-years-old W/M -Computer Aided Solicitation of a Minor, Prostitution, Prostitution – Persons under Eighteen

7. Moriah Valentino, 24-years-old W/F -Prostitution

8. Janell Smith, 26-years-old W/F -Prostitution

9. Heather Glenn, 26-years-old W/F -Prostitution

10. Brittany Sanders, 26-years-old W/F -Prostitution

11. Maxwell Coates, Jr., 61-years-old W/M -Indecent Behavior with a Juvenile (14 counts), Computer Aided Solicitation of a Minor, Prostitution, Prostitution – Persons under Eighteen

Participating agencies include the Louisiana State Police Bureau of Investigations, Springhill Police Department, Shreveport Police Department, Bossier City Marshal’s Office, Office of Special Investigations (Barksdale Air Force Base), Office of Juvenile Justice (Juvenile Probation and Parole), Department of Homeland Security, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Troopers want to take this time to remind citizens that these are serious crimes and the Louisiana State Police will not take them lightly. We will continue to join forces with local and federal authorities to conduct pro-active operations to combat such crimes and remove these criminals from our streets.
