A couple of Bossier City men are in jail...after leading Bossier Sheriff's Deputies on a foot chase. Deputies attempted to stop a vehicle on East Texas Street for not using a turn signal, but the driver didn't stop. The car stopped long enough to let the passenger out, then attempted to drive off. Deputies chased down 25-year-old Quindon Smith, and were eventually able to get the driver -- 27-year-old Ladarrel Kennedy -- stopped, as well. During the foot chase, Smith went so far as to push a deputy to the ground, causing minor injuries. That's when two baggies were seen falling from Smith's pockets. Those were believed to containe cocaine packaged for resale. He was also found to have a warrant for his arrest out of Bossier City. Deputies found that Kennedy had a suspended driver's license and, also, a Bossier City warrant. Both men were booked into Bossier Max on a number of charges.
