Caddo Sheriff's patrol deputies arrested two suspects for burglarizing Northwood High School overnight, said Caddo Sheriff Steve Prator.

Deputies were alerted around midnight by Caddo School Board Security that persons were believed to be in the school.

When deputies arrived, the suspects were gone. A short while later, a citizen reported a suspicious man nearby the school. Lt. Mickey McDaniel and Deputy Chris Mennard responded and arrested Juadarius Hudson, 18.

Hudson, who was found walking down Highway 1, was in possession of cash, a check, and other items from the high school.

Sgt. James Moore continued to search the area and found Makwunta Smith, 18, riding a bicycle on Pinehill Road. Smith had a back pack of cell phones from the school. He was also taken into custody.

Hudson and Smith were booked into the Caddo Correctional Center for burglary.
