Sentencing Of Gang Criminals In Sichuan Province

Two men have been charged following a road rage incident that ended in violence and gunfire. The incident started around 4:30pm Tuesday afternoon. Robert Carrillo and LaDarrell Washington Jr at the four way stop on Northport Boulevard. After the initial heated encounter, both men went to the Wal Mart on Northport.
As Washington was leaving the store, he saw Carrillo stopped in the parking lot. Washington drove to where Carrillo was parked to continue the argument. Carrillo charged Washington's vehicle and attempted to violently pull Washington from his vehicle.
During the physical encounter, Washington pulled a gun and fired several shots at Carrillo. Following that exchange, Washington fled the scene. He was later caught and arrested at a house on Doris Street.
Washington has been arrested for aggravated assault with a firearm, which is a felony. Carrillo was detained at the scene and charged with simple battery.
